David Pierguidi received his Bachelor of Science from University of Scranton, and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School, where he was a member of the Sports Law Journal.

Mr. Pierguidi is admitted to practice before the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Disctrict Courts for the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice and local and state bar associations.
