Mr. Cerussi received his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University, and his law degree from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Cerussi is admitted to practice before the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Cerussi is designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey (a distinction held by less than 2% of the attorneys in the State) the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and local and state bar associations.
