Mr. Gunn earned his BA from Villanova University and law degree from St. John's University School of Law where he was a member of the school's Journal of Legal Commentary.  He was admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars in 1995.

Brian Gunn heads the firm's Garden City office and belongs to the Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
